Masjid or mosque is a house of worship of Muslims. Mosque means place of prostration, and a small mosque also called mosque, broken or mosque. In addition to places of worship mosques is also the center of the life of the Muslim community. 1. Lil-Alamin Mosque Rahmatan
Rahmatan Lil-Alamin mosque was built on the campus of Al-Zaytun, Indramayu, West Java. This mosque measuring 6 hectares and floored 6 with a capacity of 100,000 people.

2. Masjid Istiqlal
Istiqlal Mosque is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia was established in 1970, is located in Jakarta. The mosque was initiated by the First President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. Sukarno. Capacity reached 200 thousand people and this mosque is the architect Frederich Silaban Protestant.

3. Masjid Baiturrahman
Baiturrahman Grand Mosque is a new mosque built by Sultan Iskandar Muda in 1612. There are also saying that the mosque was built in 1292 by Sultain Alaidin Mahmudsyah. In the Dutch colonial era, the mosque was demolished in 1873. However, the Dutch decided to rebuild this mosque in 1877, as an apology for the old ruined mosque. Rebuilding a new mosque was started in 1879. The mosque was completed in 1883 and remained standing until now. At the time of the Tsunami disaster in 2004, Mosque Baiturrahman was not damaged at all, and so where displaced victims of the Tsunami waves in the world’s largest.

4. Great Mosque of Medan
Great Mosque of Medan is also known by the name of Al-Mashun Mosque was built in 1906 and was completed in 1909 by Sultan Ma’mum Al Rashid Perkasa Alam. The grandeur of this mosque was intentional by the Sultan, who consider this to be more magnificent mosque of the palace, Maimun Palace. Partly for this mosque building materials imported from abroad, such as marble for decoration imported from Italy and Germany, and stained glass from China, and chandeliers from France. Dutch architect who designed this mosque, JA Tingdeman designed this building with the building style of Morocco, Europe, Indonesia, and the Middle East.

5. Masjid Al-Akbar
Masjid Al-Akbar Built on an area of 11.2 hectares in Surabaya, East Java with a unique architectural style and modern. This mosque is one of the largest mosques in Indonesia. A unique impression of the building is located at the unique design of the mosque dome like structure leaves with green and blue color combination that gives the impression of a cool and fresh.

6. Ganting Grand Mosque
According to history, the mosque was originally built in 1700. However, the building was moved several times, until in the end be in the area Ganting, the city of Padang, West Sumatra began in 1805. The roof is square-shaped eight was made by ethnic Chinese workers who helped develop the building This, after the Netherlands added the building of this mosque as a waqf land compensation for the use of transport links to the Port of cement plant Indarung Bayur bay.
