Having habbit of consuming a healthy food and lifestyle, can reduce the risk of diseases, one of them is a dangerous diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease and even Alzheimer’s. In choosing a food or fruit we must pay attention to the content of vitamins within, such as vitamin E which is the common name of two classes of molecules (tocopherols and tocotrienols), which may help maintain memory in our brain, and many more other vitamins that can keep our health. Here is a list of fruits that contain vitamin E mostly :
